How to sort and filter search results in Combin
We demonstrate how to sort and filter search results in Combin on illustrative examples.
1. Posts sorting
After doing a search by hashtag, location, or a hashtag+ location combination, and receiving the results, proceed to the top right corner of the window and find Sort by Default there:
Click on Default and pick the needed option from the dropdown menu:
Sort by date will make the newest content show at the top of the window. Sort by likes and sort by comments will reorder the results to show the hottest, most liked and commented posts first.
2. Posts filtering
It’s no use to like already liked pictures and to comment on previously commented posts. Filter those out! Combin allows more than just filtering the two. In order to see all the options find a filter symbol, located to the right of Sort by:
Click on the symbol and pick the option you want from the dropdown menu to either hide liked posts, commented posts, posts uploaded by Instagram accounts you follow, by accounts that follow you, or hide all of the mentioned:
Pick the Select All option to learn how many posts are left for interaction after applying filters.
If you need to cancel the chosen option, just open filter options and click on the previously chosen one once again:
3. Posts sorting
Once you’ve created a search on somebody’s followers or commenters and received the results you can sort them by number of followers. The process is identical to the posts sorting:
4. Accounts filtering
In order to filter out accounts from your following, your followers, public, and private ones click on the filter symbol and pick the suitable option:
